I need to "jump" the IAT on my car but just can't find it. I think it is located on the flowmeter nearby the air filter, if it is so, what cables do I have to "jump" in order to achieve my purpose?

Please help with following case?
Think about an oil truck which is pumping inside its strorage tank the used oil by its own pump. The flexible hose is installed to the used oil tank in the facility. When pump starts there are always air bubles in the pipeline. The dencity observed is below to what it should be. This causes pump running dry & flowmeter measuring low accuracy. Any suggestions please? If you can attach solution pictures or schematics, it will be great.
